This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I've been around the world. The thing that sets it apart is the staff. Every person working for the hotel makes you feel like royalty. After my first stay, I had to make sure I came back. I found myself back in Budapest and on short notice. Laura from reservations booked me four rooms. Laura was such a delight to work with and again she made me feel like royalty. Every one from the staff does. I've been treated well at most hotels I've stayed at, but Al Habtoor Palace sets the bar and standard. They are the best hotel. Thank you Al Habtoor Staff for such an amazing stay and experience!!!

I have never experienced such a high class service. The hospitality is second to none. Room is beautiful. Food is exquisite. The staff are what make the hotel, though. Huge thanks to Dorina who catered to my every need, a true professional who goes above and beyond for her visitors. I will definitely be coming back to stay. Thank you everyone at the hotel. Especially everyone in the restaurant, always greeted with a smile and asked how I am. 5 stars.

I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well. The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. I loved it so much. Only recommendation is that the hot tub could be a bit more hot!

The Ritz Carlton Budapest is truly one of the most exquisite hotels I have ever stayed at. Location was amazing, rooms were spectacular and the service was 10/10.I recommend staying on the club floor. The lounge has the best service I have maybe ever experienced. The staff is kind and makes you feel right at home. They all had our orders memorized by day two. Special recognition goes to Vanessza, was amazing! She gave us amazing recommendations for dinner and things to do around the city.

That was a wonderful experience in charming Budapest. Not only is the location very central and close to river Danube but also the offered amenities and ambience is indeed worth 5 stars. But the real difference was being made by the very friendly and service oriented staff. Special thanks to the service manager Daniel who cared for us in an excellent and supportive way throughout our stay. Toni as member of the service staff in the restaurant did make our breakfast experience a happy start into the day. We will definitely come back!
